Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 Premium Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones - Black

I bought these after reading a bunch of reviews and hearing good things about them. The sound is good, Sennheiser know their audiotech, but I dunno... I just find they aren't as good as my previous earbuds (Jabra 75T). I guess I am stuck with them for now, but eventually I will go back to Jabra. The key things I don't like: no widget or pop up to tell me to charge them up sometime, except when they are at 5%... It would be nice if they gave you a warning that you only have a couple hours left in the case via a pop-up! They don't feel as good as my titanium jabras, instead they are a little plasticky... This is my first Sennheiser headset, before buying the phone I have done a lot of research on this product and its competitors wf-1000xm4, TW3 did a better job on day-to-day noise canceling.

This is the first time I own a Sennheiser product. Heard this brand is good, so keen to give it a try. Sound is great, no questions there, but it has a terrible reandom/intermittent signal dropout issue. Happens when connected to either my Samsung Galaxy S8 or Motorola G 5G. This issue never happened to my Beats wireless earphones which was more made for iPhones but worked equally well with Android. Issue is more apperant when moving about, so hasn't happen when connected to laptop yet. And issue seems less frequent when holding the phone near the earphones.

Also, the Sennheiser app couldn't connect to the earbuds from Moto G 5G. It only connects from Galaxy S8, but works slowly.
However, no one else seem to have reported kind of issue on the internet, so am I the unlucky one?
Only little bit of comfort is that I bought it on special. But should've chosen Sony.

These headphones are great if you are after good sound quality and something that has a long battery time. Transparency mode is handy while I am at work as I can still be aware of the surroundings. 10/10

First pair I purchased were faulty and I had to return. Thankfully they gave me a fresh pair for free and the sound quality is exceptional. I wanted to have new headphones with Active Noise Cancellation to have some quiet while travelling... So I thought that these would be great for that.
Good battery runtime and not looking too bulky...
