gel pad is good, but it doesnt stay flat, the unit is heavy which is good, but it rises on the sides and doesnt stay flat which is annoying

Un-Usable after a couple of months

Bought this mouse pad during COVID lock down as was getting sore wrist, and this mouse pad looked quite cheap. This mouse pad solved that issue but that's the end of the pros.

Cons: the mouse pad doesn't lie flat on the table - the edges around the mouse pad folds upwards and I've tried folding it the other way to correct the shape but after 2-3 months of use, it's still the same.
After a month of use, the mouse pad is no longer sticking to my table surface. It just slides

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
