Logitech MK850 Performance Wireless Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Combo

I have been using logitech keyboards for 20 years and this is the most modern and worse I've ever used. The keyboard has five contact points with one in the middle which does not touch the surface it's on because the keyboard has a convex warp. The layout and keys are horrible! So disappointing. This keyboard and mouse combo is awesome. I really like multiple devices connect option but may take time to setup for the timers. Smooth scrolling weel feature on mouse and amazing for long pages. Previously I bought Microsoft sculpt comfort but FN slider broke in a month so returned it and bought this one. This keyboard and mouse combo is awesome. 90% of my work is on a laptop and I have a desktop that was more comfortable to work on due to keyboard etc. I had a bluetooth mouse for the laptop but still found it hard to work on for long hours. NOW I love the keyboard mouse combo. The desktop keyboard and mouse are tucked away (so when I take laptop and these it is seemless for rest of family) and I am able to switch between laptop and desktop with ease...

The desktop has a USB dongle - so you can have it in a non bluetooth device.

Looks nice, but it does take some time to get used to the ergonomic feel. A little pricey for the quality but you pay for the ergonomic nature. The mouse is great mid-ranger. Amazing combo, keyboard and mouse are comfortable and easy to use. Getting Logitech Flow functioning had some issues, but once working absolutely amazing features. Love it. Having a single keyboard and mouse for mulitple computers is great. It was easy to set them up and they switch seemlessly between machines. They even work on Linux which was a real plus. The only downside might be that I can't find how to get both the keyboard and mouse to switch together with one button press. But it isnt a big deal as the buttons to switch between computers are quick to get at on both the keyboard and mouse. I bought this keyboard as I wanted a quieter keyboard than my previous one (MK550). It has certainly delivered. Nice and quiet keys, with lower profile than other Logitech keyboards I tried. The mouse/keyboard combo is great. It's got the right feel for somebody doing a lot of touch typing and wanting some good accuracy with the mouse. The mouse has got a 'lock' button for the wheel to switch it between free spinning and the discreet notched feel, which is nice. Both mouse and keyboard have got a 'three button selector' to switch it between a number of devices (e.g. different computers, tablets, etc.), which I'm not using. Also I prefer to use the USB dongle over Bluetooth, so I can't comment on those.

My only minor issue is the rather resistant click force I need on the wheel (middle mouse button), which I'm using a lot for copy/paste actions under Linux. At times the wheel spins away a bit while clicking on the wheel.

Terrible keyboard because it has an aggressive sleep mode, it will go to sleep after a couple of minutes and when you start typing it will not pick up the first key stroke. Logitech have dropped the ball with this one.
