Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Combo

I love this ergonomic keyboard and mouse, it's very comfortable to use and the wirelessness is so convenient. I've been using this in my home office for the last month and I've had no issues. It is THE best design ergonomically and has helped with my OOS tremendously. I will continue to buy this.
I have had several problems with the keypad so have had to buy another keyboard set as well as a back up keypad.
You will need to have back up batteries for both the keypad and mouse. Particularly if you are like me and forget to turn the mouse off every now and then.

This set-up helped slightly with my hand pain. I experience slightly less pain when using this over a traditional keyboard and mouse/touchpad.

The mouse is like a cross between a traditional mouse and a vertical mouse which I like. The keyboard has cushioning which is nice but takes a bit of getting used to (that blasted B key). I think ergonomic set-ups like this one will be helpful to my hand health in the long-term. This set-up helped slightly with my hand pain.
