I went into buying this arm with no desk mounting experience and found it easy to set up, just make sure the depth of you desk (above and below where you are mounting) exceeds 12cm just to be safe.
Quality for price is top notch, arms are sturdy holding my 2 27" LG Ultragear monitors and maneuvering is easy.
Once you have the arms where you want them they can be tightened to fix them in place with a covered bolt on the joint of the arm, its accessible at any position too.

Got these around 29Dec 2021 and they've been working wonders imo nice white and black mix which I like with my setup being white, cables you can hide which is pretty cool for cable management.

I've seen couple people complain about it not being able to extend enough and I honestly don't see a problem as I'm 6 foot and monitors are perfect for me.

Absolutely disappointed with quality control of this product. The screw holes where the clamp attaches to the mount has not been died out so there is no possible way you can screw in the screws. Cannot attach any sort of clamp without tapping the holes out yourself. CHECK THE SCREWS FIT IN THE HOLES BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS PRODUCT AWAY. Product is fairly easy to setup,
Using it to support 2 x AOC 24inch wide monitors and handles the weight easily
Cable management works well, only visible at the elbow but its not mad at all.
cant compare this to the normal spring operated as I have never owned one before, but this gas spring seems to works well

Great looking monitor arm that keeps my monitors if very different weights level and with great cable management systems. Needed to move to two screens, this product had multiple install options for different types of desk application. The desk had a beveled edge so it could not be edge mounted.

Purchased this to give more room on my desk. Really easy to setup and makes things so much more attractive. Great adjustability, well built and very attractive (for a monitor stand). Easily adjustable and keeps the desk space uncluttered. Could benefit from improved cable management up the stems of thee arms; space enough for two cables. This product has become a god send when I'm doing my apprenticeship paperwork and when I'm gaming also it fits perfectly on my desk and makes life so much more easier to do things when you have more room
