I purchased the 3.5mm wired jack airpods from the Apple store by mistake not realising the new iPhones require the lightning jack input. I couldn’t be bothered sending my AirPods back to Apple in Australia so the Apple team recommended I pick one of these adapters up. Extremely happy with this purchase as I love my wired AirPods just fine and it’s great they are now compatible with my iPhone 11. Cons are this is a bit pricey for my liking but when it’s obvious you need it to get your best wired headphones to work with your phone then the extra cost seems minimal.
