nice tripod. The price is good, build quality is excellent. I love the fact that it is not a meter long selfie stick, extends enough to get yourself in a selfie shot, but not that long that you see a stick. When not used as a selfie stick, it's an excellent tripod for your phone, you can use it for zoom and other video calls. I have downloaded a Droid Cam app (free) that wirelessly connects to your computer as a webcam, and you can place it anywhere, you can even extend the stick in a tripod mode to make it stand higher on your desk. Love this tripod, especially since it pretty much makes my phone a steadicam - perfect for the best night-mode shots or the best time-lapse videos. I also love that the shutter button is detachable, so you can start recording or take a picture without having to touch the tripod and/or topple it over. Finally, it doubles as a selfie stick. So yeah, I highly recommend this. Love this tripod, especially since it pretty much makes my phone a steadicam - perfect for the best night-mode shots or the best time-lapse videos. Great product to have it now a days as most interaction done online, this product is your extra hand, meeting via zoom webex and other apps available which giving you freedom not to always hold your mobile phone while the meeting is on process. I have only used this a couple of times so far as a tripod to hold my phone during video calls, but it has worked well. It seems sturdy and it is easy to adjust the height and angle as needed when on a call. This tripod is stable compact, great as a webcam stand for my phone. I don't use it as a selfie stick- it is a little short if that is what you need it for. Bought so I can use my phone as a webcam (Epoccam). Works great on my iPhone XR (with a pretty bulky case). Sometimes it can lean a smidge if I don's set my phone up in the middle of the holder but otherwise very sturdy.

Don't use as a selfie stick but would assume it works well.
