2. Find it
If you've lost your belongings, just launch the SmartThings app and check where you've last been to. Retracing your steps made easy.

Bluetooth powered SmartTag+* attach easily to keys, bags, or even the family pet. If you think your lost item is nearby but can't quite find it, tap the ring button on your mobile and follow the familiar sound of your ringtone calling for you at the volume you set.

Locate your things from far away
Is your tagged item out of range? No problem! Even when offline, the Galaxy Find Network* can use scanned data to find it for you privately. You can also use other devices you own to locate your items.

With SmartTag+, your smart home just got way more convenient. SmartTag+ can control various IoT devices with just a click of a button, so you can turn on the lights in your home before you even step inside.

AR Finding walks you step-by-step to lost items
AR Finding gives you a uniquely visual way to locate a lost item with a SmartTag+ attached.
It even lets you know you're close with a glimmering green light when you're at the destination.
It shows you the way on your phone screen through the SmartThings app.

*For Galaxy SmartTag+, Samsung account log-in and registration on SmartThings Find is required. Galaxy SmartTag+ needs to be paired with ultra-wideband(UWB)-enabled Galaxy smartphones with Android 11 or higher to fully function.
** AR finding works between devices that support UWB technology. UWB is supported in Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy Note20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold2.
*** Accuracy may be reduced if there's an obstacle between you and the tag, such as when the tag is inside a drawer, behind a wall, or in a car.

A great buy for the price
It's such a nice piece of gadget to give you peace of mind when you want to ensure safety of your stuff. Works absolutely fine the way I expect from this wee device.
Easy to setup
First one I purchased was a dud but luckily I had time to sort before my trip!
PB replaced with no issues.
It was easy to setup and worked perfectly.

Brand new smart tag with low in battery
Bought new Samsung smart tag+ today and when I got home to set it up, its not working. I went back to the shop. They just changed the battery with Panasonic Battery and gave me back tag.
I like the product but the excitement of having a brand new smart tag turns to be not pretty much not likely as its not the original battery anymore. Im wondering how long will this Panasonic battery will last compare to the original battery?

Great wee tracker, I've put one in my son's bag incase his phone dies and need picking up (you can designate the button to send messages when pushed) he dropped in at the shops but was easy enough to find at the person's house that found it later on. Battery seems to run out quicker than expected though?
