Good for price

I bought this bag like an year ago

Been using it for work backpack to carry my laptop and other stuff.

Two cons would be the glue that holds the end of the zip eventually comes off so that the end of the zip-line comes of the bag. Other one is that one side of the strap for some reason undoes it stuff so its a little annoying but its bearable.

Other than the two cons stated above pretty satisfied with the purchase

I love this backpack!

Amazing value for money, and a professional look with the functionality of a backpack. My first backpack is at least two years old and shows no sign of wear aside from the zip pieces breaking. I needed to give this to my son for school (light grey, previous model), so I ordered a new one. The updates on this design are fab, stronger zips, a piece to slip over and carry on travel luggage, simplified pockets. Honestly one of my favourite things in my ownership. Thank you to the designers, and to PBTech who delivered it within 48 hours of ordering (to Whangarei).

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you need to fill out our request a return form.

If your product develops a fault outside of the manufacturer warranty or PB Tech warranty period, we offer a full repair service and are an authorised repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo and more.
