I was pleased to receive my new Apple 13" Macbook Air (Silver) - Apple M1. But I was unhappy with the purchasing which was a disappointing experience because of PB Tech charging a big surcharge. So my Macbook was more expensive than I budgeted for.
I am disappointed with the Macbook as I am having a lot of trouble making other hardware work with it. Also some installed software doesn't work. Lack of help guides installed on it also makes it hard when learning a new system.
But the Macbook is fast and has a lot of good things about it. So hopefully when I get problems sorted I will enjoy using it. I still think Apple products are better a...view more

Gutted, only supports one external screen.

This computer only supports one external screen. That is rubbish for this day and age, and the premium you pay for this computer over others. Have had several macs before, Airs, Pro's etc. and they have always supported 2 screens. Very disappointed.

A good product with a bad service

Your staff need to show some friendly and helpful service, we spent $2000+ in your store. The guy at the repair desk sounds and looks like he doesnt enjoy his job. The only friendly welcome we got was from the guy directing people at the door.
