Easy to set up and now we have got good reception in all of our house. Except for the loft, which is diagonally only 5 meters away from the second Deco link and has only 2 bars reception. Okay, couple of things. Bought this during one of the lockdowns as our network was struggling to be consistent with two home offices at each end of the house trying to high bandwidth working from home, along with all the other home devices including gaming and streaming tv.

(1) PBtech shipped OVERNIGHT, in the middle of lockdown. Was set up and running within 22 hours of ordering. Insanely good service.
(2) The mesh works, really, really well. Took literally 10 mins to set up, full house now has all the bars of coverage, and the additional stuff built into the app (traffic management, per device management and reporting, etc) is really ...view more Okay, couple of things. If you have any doubts, don't. It's worth it. Get one.

Only reason this is not a 5 star is that it was bit confusing/frustrating to set up - the general instructions are very clear but are brief and when we just followed those the setup did not work. The instructions and the app didn't cover the actual process in enough detail, so we had some issues on finishing the setup that we had to figure out ourselves (getting the units linked seamlessly to the WiFi account so that they don't appear as separate available WiFi connections). Was sceptical about buying a mesh.. now I wish I had gotten the three pack. But two mesh systems has pretty much solved all our wifi issues. Easy to use and set up and PB supply super fast delivery. Had issues with wifi in some rooms in the house and also wanted some easy way to control who had access to the internet during the week and to manage what times they had access until. This did everything and the set up was easy for someone with limited tech knowledge. Much better coverage than ISP router and mesh system works very well. I have two units for reasonable size 4 bed house and coverage is good. Set up was very easy using TPLink Deco app. Parental controls easy to set up and reports within app about usuage etc are clear.
Only complaint was delivery time. I ordered during lockdown when PBTech somehow convinced someone they were essential for home worrking/schooling. I ordered early in lockdown and product didn't arrive until last working day before schools started again. Ironic, but pretty annoying.
