So far the black and white printer is just what I need. I purchased a new cartridge and it was cheaper than my last printer! I bought this for a home office that needs the occasional printout and so far its been working great. I love that I can press print from my sleepout and by the time I'm inside its all there waiting for me. I've had a couple of times when trying to scan from the device where nothing has come up on the PC. AFter a couple of attempts, it seems to work though. The product works fine, however, I didn't pick up on the fact that this printer only seems to print one sided :-(
For the sake of the world environment, my main challenge to PB Tech is that you put pressure on your suppliers to NOT use EPS or any form of plastic (non-recyclable) packaging. Easy to set up. Print quality ok although not as good as commercial laser printer we have in the office unless printing on specialised photo paper. I purchased for the ability to print A3 colour cost effectively and this is what it does so am overall satisfied with my purchase. Easy to set up.
