Bought this is January and it has completely stopped working. Opened it up to find that the display port pins were the only things hold it together and the mounting solder points were not done. Bulky plastic casing meant it wouldn't plug in all the way. The casing also sprang apart in my hands. Made the whole cable entry quite long which was awkward. On second use, pushed in the HDMI and case sprang open, pins disconnected from Displayport. Displayport end now stuck in Docking station and pins all bent. Perfect for what I wanted it for - which was to connect an HDMI plug to a computer with only DisplyPort. Perfect for what I wanted it for - which was to connect an HDMI plug to a computer with only DisplyPort.

Simple and effective adapter, as most GPUs come with only 1 hdmi and 3 DP ports this saved having to replace cables.
