Very bad product.

This product genuinely has a very bad usb c connection with my laptop. It is too tight of a fit and i have to yank it out with a lot more force than the other objects i plug into my usb c ports.

Also it definitely has a poor/loose connection with my usb c port. I have verified my laptop usb c ports are fine as i tested it with other devices so it is definitely this device which needs fixing.

An essential for connecting old hardware to new.

The expensive, tiny piece of hardware does the job it is supposed to do. It's necessary to have an adaptor to connect USB-A old hardware to the new USB-C.

A must have for Mac

I don't know what I would do without this. This was a suggested add on when I purchased my MacBook in store and I'm so glad I got it. Very handy and I wouldn't have thought to get it! Super pleased.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
