Very happy with this unit. Just plugged it into the USB-C port and it worked immediately. Has lost connection once, with a Widows-10 message popping up in the bottom-right of my screen saying a USB device had stopped working. Unplugged, then plugged the USB back in, which immediately restored operation. I'm finding it much faster and more stable than wifi was. Very happy with this unit. When connected to a docking station my laptop randomly switched between Ethernet and wifi. I picked this up for use on my laptop, and have since used it so much I might pick up another. It works great for me on linux and mac with no additional drivers. I've not used it on a windows machine yet, but it's been great on the others with full gigabit speed. I tested speed across it using nperf on my server and it sent/received full gigabit speeds on linux. I've been using it for about a month straight now, with no issues.
