It's been a few weeks now, and to the best of my knowledge, every single one of of that myriad of happy little electrons scurrying along that wire has arrived happily, safely and rapidly at its destination.

Can't the Router closer?
Route an Ethernet Cable around the house to get to the router.

Our router is in the front corner of our lounge (why? WHY!), and our make-shift office is like halfway down the house, so being able to plug in while WFH during lockdown was God-sent.
