Doesnt post signal for me

Hooked up from Smart TV to my pc. tv just says no signal. works with PS5 but not tv. works with every other HDMI i tried in my house. not sure if i got something faulty or it cant carry the 4k resolution but i just got a $10 10m one from dick smith and works fine. No idea what the issue is.

EDIT: all i had to do was lower the Hz from 60 to 29 and it works. not sure why but yeah

Pretty decent HDMI cord

There is definitely better hdmi cords but if your on a budget this is a great one to use hasn’t broken at all I can tell it will have a long life

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
