One of your sales assistants recommended I use this to connect my macbook air to a thunderbox. It didn’t work for this. The product might work fine for what it is designed to do, but it didn't work for what I wanted. I brought it back in and one of your technical staff told me it was the wrong cable and replaced it with something that would work, so I got there in the end.
