I've had a run of five of these cables with different issues. From the plug shell disintegrating, to monitor flashing black . or on and off. I'll buy another brand of DP cable from now on. I bought this cable to connect my 1080 TI to newly purchased monitor LG 32GK850G (running in 2k, 144Hz)

At high FPS/refresh rates, this cable could not deliver the data from the card to the monitor fast enough, causing the monitor to fade to black every half second.

The (shorter) cable supplied with the monitor fixed the issue, incredibly disappointing product. 0/5 stars

What can I say, it is a gold plated displayport cable. Does the job and had no issues with connectivity. The length is not too long or too short. Also it is pretty cheap.
