Would recommend has a thicker stronger plastic coating than the standard phone cords and much longer. Purchased 2, one didn't work from the packet, and PBTech were no help for a replacement, none in stock and didn't want to transfer any stock from a different branch. So I refunded my money for that one and purchased a different brand elsewhere.
