Easy way to add more monitors

Simple and cost effective way to run my additional screens (had been running two docking stations daisy-chained previously)
Adaptor was simple to use - simply plug and play

Great product BUT be warned

This is a great product and works really well, HOWEVER, StarTech don’t support Apple devices. So no drivers are actually available from Star Tech if you’re an Apple user. I found a fix for this by using a driver from a rival product from J5Create, you can find it on this page under Support:

https://en.j5create.com/products/jua350

I would have rated this 5* except for the driver issue and that nowhere on the product page does it warn you that there are no Apple drivers available out of the box.
Other than that little problem I’ve had no problems at all with this device and would recommend.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
