While CAT 7 isn't a true standard and nor is it particularly necessary, I do appreciate that a shielded cable might help a little when using this with your TV or game console as it will take in and give off less interference. The cable is stiff, but makes it easier to manage in some ways. I do like that it is black and blends in with other cable rather than the more common blue or yellow coloured ones. I've only tested with gigabit and works perfectly well for that. Purchased one to rebuild the home network. The cable is flexible enough to nicely shape all the corners, but sturdy enough not to hang between the clips.

The product runs fast, is long and is very durable. I use it everyday and i have no issues. its easy to use as you just need to plug it into your router/modem and then into your device and it connects. it good quality and the price is great.
