We already have a few of these and think they are great. Good quality in both day time and night. The sound is good and the ability to get sensitivity, area and notifications is amazing!

Hi, bought this EufyCam 2C recently, and had great help in the selection of it - thankyou. I was told installation and set up was easy, however being a bit older and not so Tech savvy, we struggled a bit and felt the set up instructions could be a bit easier to find on phone menu and interpret. However after 2 visits back to Manukau Store, 2 of your Staff were well versed in how to set up and were a great help for us.
Now all up and running very well. Notifications all good, picture quality etc all good too. Overall highly recommend this Product and PB's support to us too - Thankyou.

I bought this after a friend showed me some camera footage from their eufy set-up. They aren't the most technically savvy, but were able to set everything up without assistance...

The live feed from their camera was great - virtually real-time (about half a second delay, we were in Christchurch, the camera was in Nelson).

Ours is similarly good. Crystal clear day or night.

We also bought a solar panel for the front door (most used access), it was so easy to set up and no worries about charging. We'll be buying more solar panels for the other cameras soon.

We have a plant that flaps in the breeze and one camera view that catches vehicles on another driveway, which would otherwise regularly set off the motion detector; you're able to set up to two 'ignore' spaces per camera, that works perfectly. Good clear speech both ways through the camera.

I really can't think of any negatives...

Just installed and found the whole setup was simple to do. Especially as I had the assistance of another person to assist who had the same system. These are good cameras for the money.
They have alerts, live view, talk through camera, IR or colour night vision, spot light.
Can change the length of footage it records for alerts.
Every now and again it will miss something in view, then I'll do a homebase reset which seems to fix the issue.
Can set for human only, or everything - detects my tiny dog as human.
Footage is clear.
Superceasy to install and set up.
Homebase connects to wifi via ethernet, and plugs into power socket.
Cameras are battery (3 months charge)

I bought this product 2 weeks ago. Clear instructions and very easy to install. App works well. Images very clear. Great fun keeping an eye on what is going on around the house. No issues so far. A good solution for a home setup, it does what it says. I purchased it for my business where there are many movements (which I wanted to be recorded), so storage filled up in three days, and camera batteries went flat in 10 days.
Because the storage is non-expandable (Home2), I had to sign up for cloud storage (US$ 10 per month) and wire cameras up for power.
Apart from that, the app is excellent, the options are awesome on how you can customize when it should be alarmed, recording, off, etc. A good solution for a home setup, it does what it says. We purchased the EufyCam after a home invasion! It has been great in giving us a clear line of sight of those coming and going from the property and has excellent features-infra red at night, ability to record and speak on line.
