Had the system a week and the geofencing feature (which I regard as essential) is no longer detecting our phones properly... and have since been reading a lot of poor reviews outside of this website... interesting... Relatively easy to install, easy to setup and configure and video quality is OK not great due to its low MP camera. The biggest problem is connectivity to the base unit and cameras. Its a 50/50 chance that we get the camera to secure its channel or time out, its a 50/50 that it will connect to the base when your outside the home to view an event. Even with a AX Wifi Router on fiber and 5G cellphone this has never been flawless for us. The base is within 3m of one camera, 4m of 2nd camera and 6m of the 3rd camera with max 2 timber walls in between or glass for the first camera, doesn't make any difference in connectivity. good product, simple setup, easy install- you can mute the notifications, and set up timezones for when to recieve them- motion capture works reliable at a distance of ~2m. I have one up high, facing a courtyard, and it triggers at about 2-6m reliably. I have one looking down a driveway, and does not trigger anythign beyong 4 m range, so its probably to do with what its pointing at, eg, looking down on an area that never changes is more likely to trigger motion sensors.
