Without a doubt the best Solar Security Camera I have ever owned and I have had a few over the years. You will not regret this purchase! Easy install and set up, love that you can mount the solar panel either on the camera or in another place using the extra screws and longer cable supplied. Purchased ours before an overseas trip, saw anyone who came onto our property and was able to communicate with them if needed. You can trigger the alarm and light yourself or set it to automatically go off if intruders are detected. The app is EASY, so easy to use and you get notifications on your device instantly, clear images even at night. I will be buying another one and potentially the home base, have already purchased on behalf of my parents too. You will not regret this purchase! I was excited to get this dual cam pan & tilt with auto tracking, and I love the way that works and the way that the solar panel can clip to the top-makes for a very neat installation, and it feels like a high quality unit.
However there is one big flaw, the zoomed lens angles down at such an angle that it will only see someone almost directly in front of it, the internet is full of comments about this I later discovered.

3 mt cord an can't be put under the eve around your house an must be put in direct sunlight and impressed how it moves around following you . i have a few cameras now and both home base 2s and 3s, system is easy to sync and works just as explained. alerts for activations are easy to see on the app. i have a few cameras now and both home base 2s and 3s, system is easy to sync and works just as explained. alerts for activations are easy to see on the app.

Running both Eufy and Xiaomi cameras but via different locations obliviously.
The Eufy software is slower and not as crisp image as the Xiaomi with zoomability Vs "1x and 3x" zoom of the Eufy.
Compared together viewing vehicle license plate the Xiaomi is easily better.
However the Eufy 360deg is the only outdoor camera supported by solar panel.
Notification and tracking is great, and I suspect to record license plates you would need to be very strategical about its best location to achieve the ideal recognition. Running both Eufy and Xiaomi cameras but via different locations obliviously.
