It does everything you will ever expect from an office chair. It is firm and comfortable and because of it's construction is a lot cooler as well. Being able to hang your coat is very handy but if I'm completely honest, the head-rest does not adjust up high enough for tall people. The assembly is easy and straight forward. Overall, very happy. Have been using the chair now for a couple of weeks, and it feels very comfortable, a step up from the previous chair I was using. I think it would be better if the arms dropped a little further to make it easier to slide under a desk, but it does fit, just a bit close.

Very comfortable, build quality is good but not amazing as is to be expected in this price range. Would be nice if the armrests could slide forward/back but the other adjustable features are very good. Got this as a gift Jan last year, already breaking.
It only has 3 base tilt settings, one too far forward and the other two too far back.
The mesh has sunken so the plastic base digs into my thighs.
The plastic base has started cracking.

This chair is actually a better office chair for the price compared to all the other available options and the overpriced gaming chairs.

The biggest problem I faced within 6-7 months of purchase is the significant rust on the legs.

Unfortunately, the silver legs are one of the main contact points with your bare skin (Foot), and rust in that part is both a significant annoyance and health hazard for the skin.
Also, the headrest breaks and falls often even if the screws are fastened properly.

Unfortunately will not be suggesting this particular model unless the legs are updated with better material. This chair is actually a better office chair for the price compared to all the other available options and the overpriced gaming chairs.

Stop paying premium on those overrated gaming chairs, Tech Jesus (Gamer's Nexus) has said they are useless and doesn't do anything good for gamers. They should build more chairs like these.
