Great if you need cheap, sturdy, office chair with head support. However there is no horizontal rotation for armrest, that's big minus for me, and the mesh structure really grip your pants, good maybe, but it's hard to slide forward/back unlike normal fabric or leather. 1 Star off because the head rest is not that functional as are the armrests, but otherwise this has proven to be a good purchase and more importantly, it's built solid enough I don't have to worry about anything other than the wheels breaking. Pretty straightforward to assemble too.

Only downside is it should have been wider, because people 145KG or greater are going to have the sides of the seat cut into their legs, but that's nothing shoving a cushion under the mesh couldn't fix for my chonky self. And the arm rests are also too far back to be much of use, back could also be less curved

Pretty ergonomic, the headrest is abit short for tall people so would just use without it, otherwise the arms are extendable, it’s comfy and airy, pretty easy to put together and small with the amount of space it takes up. Shipping was quick too during Xmas period. Good purchase overall. Easy to assemble - very comfortable.
When trying in the shop the neck support was not on the demo model and when I assemble the chair we found I was too tall and it didn't reach my neck.

I just purchased this chair during the Boxing Day sale shipping was very fast and assembly was simple. The chair is very comfortable and easy to adjust everything I was looking for in an office chair. Bought it for my wife, as another review indicated that it is more suited for someone who isn't tall. Construction wasn't rocket science but the instructions could be a bit better. Quality is alright, may not be cat friendly if they decide to use it as a scratchpost. The mesh like fabric won't suffer feline abuse. That being said, it's not a bad buy at all.
