This chair was a good purchase as I often spend hours at a time at the home office desk. I have seen good reviews, so through it may be a good shot. I collected it in store and had no issue there. It was easy to install and came with all the tools required, although I did use my own. The chair seems to have a good build and is quite adjustable to suit the most comfortable posture for you. I was a bit nervous buying a chair without sitting in it, but I was delighted at how comfortable it is. Pretty basic to assemble too. Great quality for the price. I've used a dining chair at my desk for years, and I finally ordered a proper replacement. I opted for a mesh chair rather than a gaming chair made of fake leather because I didn't want it to get too hot and uncomfortable in the summer.

• Assembly was simple and straightforward, taking half an hour by myself. The instructions came tucked away in the seat. The instructions were on a single page and are easy to follow so long as you read the entire thing BEFORE you start assembling. All the required pieces were present. The screws are named according to the quantity of that type. There are three stout screws ("3PCS") for attaching the mechanism to the back, four medium length screws ("4PCS") for attaching the seat to the mechanism, and six long screws ("6PCS") for attaching the arm rests. These screws are applied using the provided hex key. The head rest comes with cross-head screws already attached, which you must first remove in order to fit the hanger using them.
• I have an L-shaped desk so I opted not to attach the armrests. They can be attached at a later time if I change my mind. The top of the armrests are made of soft plastic. The armrests are adjustable up and down.
• I've never assembled an office chair before, so I was a little worried about the gas lift not being fastened by any means, but being slotted into the seat and the star base. So far (the last few hours) there have been no issues, and I suppose that's standard. I suppose I won't be lifting the seat into the air any time soon, so it shouldn't be a problem.
• The construction is sturdy, and the mesh is firm and taut. I'm ~74kg and the seat holds me easily (though that's not surprising, it is brand new). Below the seat's mesh is the supporting frame made of plastic. I imagine that the mesh might stretch over time, or stretch with a heavier person, and come into contact with this frame, but this problem would be resolved by slipping a cushion between the mesh and the frame. The mesh especially is really comfy, kind of like a tightly fitted hammock. I read online that mesh chairs can sometimes be too soft or too hard, but this one is just fine for me. Overall there is no squeaking or wobbling whatsoever.
• I am 5'11" (181cm) and the head rest, at its highest possible setting, is more of a shoulder rest when sitting up, and a neck rest when leaning back, but that is fine for me. The head rest actually *requires* the clothes hanger in order to be attached. I didn't think I would want to use the hanger, but it has turned out to be handy enough. The head rest can be adjusted up and down, as well as tilted back and forth, although the angle of the tilt is very awkward and I don't plan on tilting it at all. You can also opt not to attach the head rest at all, which might be the preferred option for taller people.
• The mechanism allows for adjusting the chair up and down, with an option to lock the position. The chair itself can lean back comfortably. I always feel like the chair is pushing me back up to a seated position, but maybe I'm just not heavy enough to keep it down.
• The wheels are, unfortunately, standard plastic casters, so they are not good for hardwood floors. I will be buying a rug, which I never needed for the dining chair, to make sure the wheels aren't wearing out the floor. Resurfacing is very expensive! If you have a wood floor (or lino) you should protect it with a mat or rug or buy a set of rollerblade-style wheels for this chair. I don't really understand why plastic casters are still standard when they're only around $10 cheaper than the far superior rollerblade type on Amazon.
• The shape of the back is particularly comforting for me as I have had to make do with supporting my lower back using a cushion for many years. However, you do have to sit right up against the back to avoid the feeling of slipping forward. You don't actually slip forward, but it does feel that way a *tiny* bit.
• I wouldn't let kids play around with it. I was pretty fidgety as a kid and my last office chair (replaced by the dining chair) had a loose back for all the times I was hanging off it and fiddling with it. You should also keep sharp objects away from this chair, obviously. I wouldn't sit on it with my keys in my pocket or anything.

I'm really happy with this chair, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a chair that breathes and supports the back properly.

The chair had some off-gassing after the box was opened, so I had to left it in the open air for 2 days before use. Besides, the chair itself is comfortable, and the ergonomic design supports my back well. Another good buy. Super comfy, wide seat but doesn't take up lots of space. It was a little bit tricky to assemble and one of the main bolts that fits the seat to the frame was the wrong size so it's missing a bolt. Other than that, it's a great chair. Another good buy.
