Only thing I can say bad about it is the wheels being noisy over carpet. The metal on metal contacts from the wheels to the base makes a pinging noise when you change direction but it really doesn't matter when the comfort is so good! Love everything about it, the sit time is much better than my previous chairs and the wear and tear is yet to show almost a year later. Awesome staff pick!

The neck support is useless if you are tall or have a long back as it only reaches your shoulders and is irritating. However, you don't need to fit it and the associated coat hanger I am guessing won't ever get used (You can't have one without the other, but you can leave both off.

Needed an upgrade from an old office chair, and I'm so glad I went for this rather than a gaming chair. Easy to assemble, and the neck/head support seems fine when reclined (I'm 6'2"). I have been searching a gaming chair for a while, then i found this one with great reviews and decided to give it a try
It's not a gaming chair but i would not change it for any other one, It's extremely comfortable to work for long hours and I also use it as my gaming chair after 6 PM :)
100% happy with the purchase, just a bit disappointed that it went on sale just a few days after a bought it, but overall it's well built and good quality
