The chair is great, however headrest was limited by two plastic pins so was not as adjustable as one’d expect. Also two plastic pins prevent headrest to get into vertical position like on the product picture.

The price was good and my partner was complaining about her chair at work so I purchased this one for her to try out. She loves it and the unit is solidly built and has already helped with her back pain so I am happy too now. A great comfortable chair with lots of support the instructions made it easy to put together and all the parts were in the box i collected the item from store quicker than the initial date given as i received the text it'd arrived. Robust design but not sweaty like a gaming chair. the coat hanger on the headrest makes it an obstruction in a tight place but a very good idea. Have always looked for chairs around $200rrp and waited for a sale. My experience is those prices are false economy.

After 1-month or so of use I am very happy. Good value, solid build quality, good back support and comfortable for long periods of use.

Do note, the headrest is designed to be used in the reclined position but a headrest cushion would work perfectly to make it suitable when in upright position.

Great upgrade for my home office compared to the smallish cheaper chair I was using. Chair is surprisingly easy to assemble. Very comfortable, decent size and solid construction. I've found the chair great for sitting at for 2-3hrs at a time, haven't done much more than that. It definitely encourages you to sit 'properly' when compared to a normal cushion chair.

Not the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on, but I feel this chair swaps comfort for ergonomics and longevity (hopefully the mesh wont end up sagging after a while!) I've found the chair great for sitting at for 2-3hrs at a time, haven't done much more than that. It definitely encourages you to sit 'properly' when compared to a normal cushion chair.

After using a gaming chair for a few years, I got sick of the way it pushes the shoulders forward and general lack of back support. I decided to give this chair a go as the office chairs I use for work have been much more comfortable.

I can't speak for the longevity of the product, but I'd highly recommend this over a gaming chair.
