AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU

Working out great in my 3.3litre htpc build under the TV. Small form factor and no need for extra graphics card. Runs everything I need and some light video editing in davinci resolve.

With gpu prices where they are this is a nice substitute when building a lower end rig that can still game on or while planning a future gpu upgrade. This little processor with built-in graphics has enough to run everything I need for my home based business. It's not the latest and the greatest, but neither is it on the bleeding edge, where the risk of "cuts and contusions" are significantly higher. It's fast enough to not get in the way when doing most anything I need on a daily basis and the time it takes to process my monthly builds are only a minute behind most of my peers whose machines run into some much higher dollar values. Used this in a build for my parents, they didn't want to pay for a graphics card so I got this because it had integrated, payed a little more but saved on a gpu. Pros:
We upgraded from a Ryzen 3 2200G to this Ryzen 5 5600G CPU on our computer hooked up to our TV - making it a truly smart TV.
Increased the shared RAM to 8GB. Much better graphics. The online streams now have a much better picture are now sharper and smoother - especially fast moving footballs!
My wife and I are really pleased with the noticeable improvement.
