Well made, simple to assemble and very robust - I bought 2 of these a couple of weeks ago. Easy to install and I now enjoying sitting at my desk without cables all around my feet. Just be careful you don't drill right through the desktop from underneath if you drill a pilot hole. I am happy to recommend the product - good value for money given the quality construction .
The only issue I had was that the small packet of screws/bolts was missing from one of the boxes. I raised a query with PB Tech on their WEB site and their service in sorting this out was excellent. Very good product but thin space to organize cables, so you may need two of this in order to complete the job.

less than 12cm space between table top and this tray for you to plug your power cables in extension board which is sitting inside tray. This is bit annoying experience while plugging power cables.
But we don't have to do this every now and then so I call it manageable.
But I am sure some people may struggle badly who have large palm size. Very good product but thin space to organize cables, so you may need two of this in order to complete the job.

Got 3 of the Loctek CMP502 for under desk cable management.
Came with all needed hardware to secure to desk and feels decently strong.
USB hub and capture card fitted into the tray and was very easy to quickly tidy up a mass of cables.
