I bought this on sale to replace my processor's loud stock cooler. As other reviewers have noted, it comes with thermal paste pre-applied.
It was somewhat difficult to install because I had to exert a lot of pressure to get it clamped in, which made me concerned that I might accidentally break something.
Once installed, it significantly reduced CPU temperatures at load, compared to the stock cooler.

Purchased 2 of these this week for 2 AM5 builds. Like all the other reviews, the cooler was really hard to put in but got there at the end. It worked fine on the gigabyte motherboard that i had.
Moved on to putting the 2nd cooler on an Asus motherboard that i got and the entire heatsink bent. I've built so many computers and this is the first time i've had a heatsink bend on me.
All my other coolers had the 2 screw mounting bracket system which works great. Honestly, I have no idea why deepcool went for this mounting design because it is just BAD.

Super cheap yet super effective for a budget build. The biggest unexpected difference was how much quieter the system runs compared to a stock cpu cooler.

I’ve seen a few comments on the pressure required to install however if you use a little bit of trickery it’s super easy to connect.

My nana's computer has been a noise box for years and I finally decided to fix it, buying a new kit of case fans and this cpu cooler to replace the dreaded stock intel coolerandfan that came with early gen cpus.

It's not silent like some coolers are but it's more than quiet enough for the price point.
