I bought this external drive to be my "emergency backup" for media and games. It is relatively fast, has given me no errors while backing up my data, and is certainly large enough to accommodate more than a few larger games, such as "Red Dead Redemption 2".

The drive sits comfortably in it's original packaging when not being used, and I expect it to last a number of years, as it will only be active on rare occasions.
