I've never purchased anything like this, so I didn't know what to expect but this device has certainly exceeded my expectations! The amount of pressure you can apply is impressive, I have not "maxed it out" once and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to without breaking something (extreme excessive force). The battery lasts way longer than anyone would use it for, overall a good product, recommended to most. With the sensitive mode it doesn't hurt nearly as much as the bigger bulky one.
It does turn itself off after 10 minutes but I have used it for 30+ without it getting hot and the small size makes it easy to use for sore shoulders/neck without wrist pain from extra weight.
