It works fine and as expected, which is a good thing! Lot of parts made of plastic that feel like they will break if I am too rough and probably won't last too many years, but for what you pay it is all good!! It was all right at first, but the flimsy plastic thread guide snapped off (the one on top) and the tension recently proved all but impossible to get right. Not what I expected from a machine of this price and make. I can't recommend it. It was about a year before the thread guide broke off and the machine has had light domestic use, I have only had it for about 2 1/2 years.
