A great addition to the home
The robot has made a huge difference to the house, both in thoroughly cleaning the carpets and mopping the tile floors (it can sense the difference as it moves from one to the other), especially under and behind the couches and under the stove where we seldom were able to get. The robot was quick to learn the layout and is able to adapt if we move tables and chairs about or leave shoes and waste baskets in its way. Not so happy with power cables and fringed rugs though - that tend to tangle in the brushes, resulting in a call for help. Very efficient for the price
I own a black Labrador retriever who sheds 24/7. It is such a life saver! It keeps the floor clean and fur free. Vacuum and mop works really well.
Game changer for larger homes
275m, 5 bdrm, 2 lounge home. Done. The floor tiles we usually mop weekly. Carpets weekly or two weekly. Not now. The XP10 has great mops and good vacuum with great brushing. The app is user friendly

Worked great at first. After 3 months it has something stuck inside the camera so needs to be returned and fixed.
Great product
Good mapping and obstacle avoidance, easy to set up cleaning schedules. Does a great job vacuuming, mopping function is good but leaves the bathroom tiles a little bit streaky. Annoyingly if it encounters floor level windows it will look through them and create a ‘room’ that doesn’t exist and cannot be manually deleted from the map but easy enough to put virtual wall in place so it doesn’t try to clean the nonexistent room.

Purchased over the weekend and already a game changer! We’re a family of 5 with young kids a cat and a mix of wooden floors, rugs and carpet across a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The X10 Pro has handled crumbs, cat hair, and daily chaos effortlessly… it’s given me back my sanity. So good!

Simple, effective, and keeps the house feeling fresh
This is my first robot vacuum and I’ve been really impressed. Setup was easy, the app is straightforward, and it just works. Vacuuming is decent and the mopping is good enough for regular upkeep. The auto-empty feature is handy, though replacing the vacuum bag now and then is a bit of a hassle—but it lasts longer than I expected. Overall, really happy with how much cleaner the house feels.
Dead after 3 months
Great vacuum until it got a software fault where it didn't reset a "stuck brush" error after 23 hours of cleaning. App and setup are easy to use. Would probably recommend, but do be aware it's an complex product, so something may go wrong... PBTech and Anker wouldn't repair or replace - refund only.
