Battery lasts around 30 minutes in normal mode which is solid, but only 9 minutes on high so watch out. Suction power is great and type-c charging is a big plus for me, however charging is a little slow and you cannot use while it’s charging either. -1 for the dust bin being kinda annoying to empty, doesn’t just fall out like other vacuums, accumulated dust sticks to the metal part of the filter so you have to take it out if you want to empty it completely. Other than that it seems well built and compact, also stands on end so is easy to put away or hide in a corner wherever. Got tired of carrying the hall vacuum up the steps so I got this since there’s not a huge area to vacuum. It’s super small and powerful so it’s definitely worth buying if you need a small vacuum!

I've used portable mini vacuums before and always found them to be adequate. However, this has blown away my expectations especially for the price that it's at. This device worked fine for cleaning dust around my desk and hard-to-reach places, I tried to use it in my car as advertised however it almost caught fire. Would not recommend for in-car use. Great for getting sand out of those awkward spaces in car as well as for dust & crumbs on keyboards, window sills etc.

Wife took over my Dyson handheld, so needed a new handheld for the computers and other IT gear. Was surprised by its suction power, though it was only used on small things, like dust from keyboards and 3D printer filament trimmings (from table), which its HEPA filter is good for. The HEPA filter is apparently washable but I haven't tried it, instead I bought a couple of additional filters as spares when it went on sale. Another plus is that I don't have to hold down the power switch to keep the vacuum going. It also comes with a nice soft bristle head with an extension - makes cleaning keyboards and car seats quite easy. The dust hold is very small, so not good for sucking up large things, but it's fit for my purpose. Like with a lot of gadget these days, manufacturers are doing away with supplying a power charger, it's no different with this vacuum, you have to supply your own charger, but Xiaomi does provide a USB-C to USB-A charge cable, so you can use your existing charger, e.g. iPhone charger. Love the design and look, but be careful it doesn't roll of the table.
