I had the original Nutribullet 1200 watt but the motor burnt out after years of loyal use
I jumped on this newer version at a great price and am seriously impressed
It has a much larger foot print than my older version, but so worth it
One thing I did not like with the old jug part was that the blade had to be screwed on and off like the smaller jars
As it got older I found this was getting very had to do but you had to make it tight so that liquids did not leak out
The new model has the jug and blade as one unit, so happy!

I like the touch screen, no sticky buttons and easy to clean. I use the cup everyday for my protein shake with water and banana on a medium speed for 15 seconds, perfect. I've used the pitcher for fruit smoothies and tried the smoothie preset button but it blended for ages and I prefer my smoothies thicker so quite happy to control the blend myself on high speed instead. I use this blender for smoothies with seeds and frozen fruit. I used to use a ninja which was great but always seemed to leave my smoothies a little gritty. The nutribullet makes them so smooth it's amazing! I heard nutribullet was good for this due to some kind of vortex thing and it turns out to be true. I would give 5 stars but I find that when using the preset it always leaves a berry or two unblended- I have to then blend a little longer.
