My expectations were pretty low, but this thing is awesome. It does a great job, avoids stair or other objects and navigates it's way round amazingly. It is a little prone to getting caught up on things like shoe laces or robe ties, but is otherwise pretty robust. Can even handle a pretty large area, if it runs out of charge, it goes back to the doc, re-charges and then finishes the job. Great value compared to some of the other brands. I had mixed expectations about this product, as not many people I know have one and wasn't sure if the technology was quite there yet, but I am super impressed with this, and wish I purchased one again sooner. I don't plan to ever vacuum or mop again in my life, and that is a wonderful thought!

The suction settings on the vacuum are excellent. The amount of hair and dust it pulled up off the floor the first few times I used it was truly wonderful and terrifying! It navigates really well over everything, although I do tend to pick bigger things off the floor so it can cover more ground. Occasionally it will pull a cable or two out, but this is a good reason to tidy up your computer cables or any loose things you have lying around on the floor!!!
The mop function is also really good, but it won't get very stubborn spots right in deep corners, however it does an overall satisfactory job on the floor and you can also spot clean those harder spots by hand with all the free time you will now have not having to vacuum every freakin' day!! Thankyou little Robot. I love you.

- I have a small space with dark carpet that gets messy quickly. Maintaining a clean space regularly (especially when working from home) creates a clear mind.

Cleaning standard is pretty good I reckon! Only misses the odd thing, and again a good clean more often with little effort is a win for me.

Love our Roborock - was easy to set up and map the house and it does a really great job of vacuuming. Have been using it for two weeks and can set it to run from my phone. I have a large office space - and like the way I can specify sections of the office (e.g. the kitchen) so that I can set it to do a particular area more often. This vacuum cleaner is a game changer - I absolutely love it. Easy to set up, I now just ask Alexa to start my vacuuming and off it goes. You do need to pick up stuff lying around the floor and cat bowls but small price to pay to have your home vacuumed.
The nice thing is it's so easy you do it every day and floors stay spotless. Carpet looks great as it sweeps it with brushes. Every home should have one!

Makes me wish I'd gotten a robot sooner. Does a pretty good job of pickup, I like it's mapping function and seems like it gets a lot of run time on a charge. We love ours, not a lot of instructions but worked it out pretty easily. The mop feature is a bit pointless it’s essentially just dragging a damp cloth around.
