Great suction, excellent if you have pets, plenty of variations with attachments, easy to use and cleans amazingly, this product was also great value for money and was so easy to acquire through PB Tech's ordering system, dispatched super fast and delivery was quick, I was cleaning in no time. Was stoked with this product and its performance when I first got it. But after about 10 months or so it started to loose suction. Even though I kept the filters clean and the tank empty. Then it started over heating and not performing the same at all. Found a lot of compressed product in the hose which is very difficult to clean out. I have 2 fluffy dogs and children, i was sick and tired of having to de-fluff the bristles on my old machine so thought id give this a go... I can tell you now. In no way am i disappointed in my purchase. No more de-fluffing!
The shark pet vac has been a game changer gor me, and the price is amazing too. No need for an expensive dyson when this is under $300.
No loss of suction, works on hard and carpeted floors and the cord is a good length.

Bought this vacuum cleaner a few weeks ago and I have been very impressed with its performance.
We have a dog and the amount of hair left behind by previous cleaners is not funny. The Shark picked up a huge amount on its first go and the carpets have never looked better. High quality build, easy to use and very easy to empty the dust cylinder.

We were up and out for work early the next day and it was a daycare day for Miss Beagle. When I got home, I set the vacuum up and did the high frequency areas - lounge and bedroom, just to see if it picked anything up. Shark vacuums are the best of the best, in my very humble opinion. Our previous one lasted a good decade. The price of this one at PB Tech was far better than other retailers, and buying from PB Tech is always a smooth process in our experience, so we didn't hesitate to buy it. We are not disappointed - it is by far superior to anything else we have ever owned (we'd go so far as to say it's better than our original Shark) - the suction is incredible (and doesn't diminish after a few uses, unlike most we've had over the years); and the bits and pieces are easy to remove, wash and air dry. 10/10. Amazing, makes me feel like our old vacuum never did a good job. All the pet hair, dust and dander gets picked up with ease. Bought on sale which makes it even better.
