Love my new Shark navigator, powerful and easy to use but, I do have a couple of niggles, it's rather heavy and awkward on stairs also when using the extension hose the vacuum tends to fall over. I would still recommend the machine for single level homes. I find this model heavy and very hard to operate on my carpets unlike the previous one
