I've always had to borrow other people's bissels to clean up pet messes and spills but finally got my own machine. I chose this for the cost and it didn't disappoint, I love the shark brand they seem to do things better than the big brands. You can easily clean the tanks and the hose and cord trucks away nearly. It feels more compact and better accessories. Cleans just as good as the bissel I've used too. I've always had to borrow other people's bissels to clean up pet messes and spills but finally got my own machine. I chose this for the cost and it didn't disappoint, I love the shark brand they seem to do things better than the big brands. You can easily clean the tanks and the hose and cord trucks away nearly. Setting up with the cleaning fluids was easy as there are pics on the receiving containers which bottle goes where.
Changing brushes was easy, the volume of fluid erupting from the nozzle startled me at first, but the suction was more than able to control the situation.
Not a heavy unit to carry about, the power cord has plenty of length, the hose also isn't too bad in the length department.
It has powerful suction and did a great job for me.
Cleaning the machine after was a breeze, I sucked a glass of water to clear the hose, then held the unit up to drain anything left in the hose.

Needed something small but powerful enough to clean off the stain on the mattress before selling. This little cleaner was so good it cleans off most of the stain within 20 mins!
