I have had the headset for about a month now and the quality of the headset itself is great, however the only thing limiting it is the microphone quality for this price range.

I upgraded from a pair of Steel Series Arctis 7s which I had for many years. I'd been really happy with them. These definitely fee like an upgrade. I have had Logitech headsets in the past & was never impressed with design & function. The Pro2 headset is different, they are built tough, if you sit on them, be concerned about your bruises but the headset will be fine. Simple to connect even mid game, the controls are well placed & easy to understand. I find the ear pieces are comfortable, sound Quality is good. Mic Quality is perfectly ok, I do not understand the negative comments regarding poor mic quality. The mic is also removable so not failing wires like in flip up mic designs.

They are quite comfortable for long sessions, easily can wear 4+ hours straight and forget they are there. Works great with PS4/PS5 too with the cable plugged into the controller (I keep the wireless dongle attached to my computer so it's nice to have connection options). The software to configure it isn't great, but it doesn't really need configuration. Others have complained about the mic quality, but I use it mostly for video calls and online gaming and it works great for that, it does sound a lot better if the mic isn't too close to your mouth. For a pair of gaming headphones that were rather simple to connect to my PC, the sound quality is absolutely phenomenal. After tuning the EQ to my preferred settings (default settings are a flat and balanced sound) and putting on some music everything was clear and well-balanced, vocals were not outshined by the bass or treble and everything within the songs was well-pronounced. The GHub software that Logitech uses for all its gaming products works flawlessly with these headphones and other Logitech products as well so no need to worry about software problems. Compared to my previous headphones the mic is a big upgrade as well. The bluevoice software in Logitech's Ghub does help in the mic quality department. Overall I would highly recommend these headphones, as far as gaming headsets go some can be a hit or miss but these headphones sound great, feel comfortable over long periods of wearing them and provide you with all the needs you would need for long gaming sessions or just using as everyday headphones. Lastly, I will mention PB tech's website provided all the details I needed to know about the product and provided a great deal compared to competitors and the process of click and collect was very seamless.

The biggest thing is that all frequencies sound in phase, transients are crisp and there's no resonance or smearing. These will even be good as a studio reference headset without having to translate much at all. Fairly good isolation in the ear cups makes up well for not having active noise cancelation, at least for what I personally need. Decent mic, and plenty of connectivity options.
