Customers just can't buy 1 splitter - they need to be sold in pairs for them to work correctly…1 splitter at the wall end and 1 splitter at the patch panel.

These splitters are designed to split one Cat5/Cat6 cable into two connections by using one splitter at each end of the cable. Unfortunately, many customers try to use just a single splitter and expect it to split the cable into two, which isn't how the product is intended to function.

The C-RJ45LT can be sold individually however:

Does not work as advertised.

When I ran out of ports to plug into, I bought this so another computer could have wired network access from the router/modem. But it only supplies data(network/internet) to one computer. I can swap them over manually so the other pc gets data but it will not supply data(network/internet) to both computers as I thought it would.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
