This product works as intended, so happy on that end.

Service was bad, I felt like I was interrupting the customer service person and didn't look like he was in the mood to help me either and looked like he wanted to get back to what he was doing. He had little knowledge of the product and made assumptions about the questions I had. Didn't offer any alternatives either.

No smiles or welcoming nature and not putting the customer first. Left feeling frustrated and in a bad mood. This product works as intended, so happy on that end.

Got one of these to replace an old 5.25" USB2 card reader. The USB3 speed is a big improvement, and plugging in this little device just when it is needed is quick and convenient. Nice compact size but a little wide in that laptop USB ports may a tight squeeze with some else plugged in.

Great little buy! When I opened up the case I was thinking "where is the cable?" then realised it was a USB reader XD. Does exactly what I want it to do and easy enough to carry around and take from place to place. Great little buy! Plastic casing lid a little loose and rattles, but metallic insides are sturdy. Does the job well enough, dedicated micro SD card slot is great, no need for an adapter.
