It's a very good product, in the sense that it installs easily, you don't need to assemble much (just clamp it on and adjust the bolts to suit the weight of your monitor), and it's got a nice smooth finish that doesn't look or feel cheap. However, whilst it does just barely support the weight of my monitor - that is within the weight ratings provided - it does so in a way that doesn't encourage me to move it around much because if I angle it wrong it might start sagging one way or another.

I'm not sure if my monitor arm came in installed incorrectly, but everything was smooth sailing until I realised that the monitor was tilted facedown no matter what I did. Even after loosening the screws and tightening the 2 small screws at the top. So I had to deviate from the instructions, completely unscrew the top big screw of the arm, unscrew and flip the tilt device, and screw it back in while holding my monitor in the desired tilt, with the components I had unscrewed. So that was extremely tedious. Great monitor arm, doesn't feel cheap, has the premium feel, quick release mount, and easy to setup. But a deal breaker for me was the terrible tilting function in this monitor stand, you needed to loosen the bolts at the back of the mount to setup the right tilt, which is annoying if you prefer to adjust tilts over time. As the other reviews would have mentioned already, there are inconveniences with the tilt mechanism.
In addition, a major flaw in the design joints: to support heavier\larger monitors, you have to turn a screw to increase the tension but as a result of this it puts more stress on the joints. Which results in some of the joint screws deforming (see the pics). It's rated to be able to handle up to 12kgs but I was using a 34 inch 5kg monitor which less than half of the max weight. Does what it is supposed to, the quick release VESA mount makes it easy to attach large or heavy monitors however I did notice significant slop in the tilt mechanism as some other reviewers have noted which can make it a bit difficult to align your monitors. Once you have it set you can just crank the adjustment bolts down so it stays where you want it. Used for a Xiaomi 34" WQHD UltraWide in Portrait, has enough height to do this and the gas struts so far are doing very well in holding the weight, I have not had to readjust anything in since I brought it. Very good product, I have a small desk setup and found the standard stand on the monitor was taking up too much room. This product solved that issue! Now I have a lot more room on the desk. I am using this product using the round cut out that is in the desk that is usually for cables. The gas strut is adjustable, and once you get it dialed in, the monitor stays exactly where you set it and can be effortlessly moved to a new position. The only downside is a slight play in the tilt, making it a bit hit or miss when locking in the right angle. Quite good and easy to mount, the removable versa plate makes life easy.
The one thing that does not seem to work well is the tilt function, if the clamp is set tight enough to stop the screen tilting down then it cannot be moved again without loosening the clamp. this is not ideal for me the way we are using the arm.

I wouldnt recommend this product. Poor adjustability too many screws required to make adjustments. You cannot adjust the monitor in real time. If youre ok with having the monitor in 1 spot and you don't need to adjust the height once in place you might be ok with this. But prepare for a tedious setup. I wouldnt recommend this product.
