When replacement came, the screw threads was not done properly and I had to manually create a screw thread.
Hex key doesn't fit in one of the adjustments.

I bought 5 of these for the office. Very easy to assemble and install. Very sturdy construction and works on a variety of desk widths. My main disappointment with this product was that I was hoping it would be able to go a little higher than some of the pictures might suggest but it looks like the height of the monitors in most pictures is indicative of how high the arms will go. But that's my problem for not researching more thoroughly, not a bad product for the price. I got this monitor arm to hold two 27 inch monitors and it was very simple to set up and very easy to swivel into the position I wanted.

The two USB ports on the base are cabled separately (not a hub) so you can connect each port to different devices, for example if you have a docking station and PC on your desk, it's easy to swap USB devices between them by having a cable go to each.

This is very useful with working from home and having more devices than usual on the desk.

The height of adjustment is just on the limit for appropriate eye level with a 24" monitor if you are tall and using a standing desk, bigger monitors should be better.
