Only thing giving it less than 5 stars for me is the bolts need to be tightened regularly to keep the screens level / horizontal (it might be the one I have or it might be the way I set it up). The only issue is while it supports up to 30" monitors, I have dual 27" monitors with a 0.75" bezel and found manuevering them into a comfortable position and don't think it would have been possible if they were 28" or more. Still, will an untrathin bezel these would comfortably support 30" monitors. Easy to assemble and very sturdy, great cable mangement built in,

Have tried to contact PBtech for the past couple of days and they won't respond. this product came with no bolts for the mounting plate/clamp so is usleless. The arms are good but the connection to the screen is loose with plastic quick release system. If you are getting it for a 27 inch scree be aware that for the two screens to be agaist each other they will be located 250mm from the back of the desk. Bought 2 of these for 27" & 34" curve monitors. The arm has no problem with the 27". The 34" also holds up well, but struggles a bit initially as it keeps tilting downward. That problem was solved by removing the plastic cover and tightening the bolt. Everything you need is in the box, there're some simple cable management parts as well as rubber bits to prevent damage to your desk. Would recommend if you just need to set & forget the monitors, otherwise it may be a good idea to go for next levels if you want to adjust them often. Bought 2 of these for 27" & 34" curve monitors. Despite being advertised for 9kg screens, these don't seem to work well at all with 27" monitors. There's heaps of wobble even with everything tightened up.
