Excellent everyday monitor – great upgrade!
Just picked this up from PB Tech and I'm really impressed. The 27" IPS panel gives super vibrant colours and wide viewing angles – no colour shift even when I'm not dead centre. Jumping from 60Hz to 100Hz makes scrolling, mouse movement, and light gaming feel so much smoother. Setup was dead easy with HDMI, and the slim bezels + VESA mount option look clean on my desk.

This is a solid entry-level 27" IPS monitor at a low price point. The 100Hz refresh rate feels noticeably smoother than standard 60Hz for general scrolling and light use, colors are decent for an IPS panel, and the thin bezels look modern on a desk setup. That said, text clarity isn't the best. I noticed faint lines or a slight "through-text" effect (almost like minor fringing or softness on letter edges), especially on smaller fonts or high-contrast text. I tried tweaking Windows ClearType tuning (the font smoothing tool) and monitor sharpness settings, but it didn't fully fix it, it's just not as crisp and razor-sharp as higher-end or higher-resolution monitors. For productivity-heavy text work (like coding or detailed reading), you might notice it more.
Overall, at this price, it's a good value if you're not expecting premium sharpness. Great for basic setups, but if text quality is your top priority, consider spending a bit more for something sharper. 4 stars – reliable and affordable, but not exceptional.

After some recent brown outs my studio monitor finally quit. Sealing a replacement PB looked like the best option. The sales team were helpful and adventurous sed me away from my original idea.

Though it has a VESA mount, when installing a dock to the back of the screen, it tilts sideways due to the weight and there doesn't appear to be an easy way to tighten the tilting. But otherwise very nice monitor and stand.
